These Terms of Service are a translation of the original Condiciones Generales in Spanish. In case of discrepancy the Spanish version will prevail.

Camera Puzzle’s products and services are provided by Rubén Fernández (also known as RF Developments). RF Developments address is Fuencarral, 156, 2I, 28010 Madrid (Spain).

By using the app the user accepts the Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions of this app. RF Developments reserves the right to modify the present Terms and Conditions. RF Developments reserves the right to modify or terminate the services for any reason, without notice at any time.

Camera Puzzle is an app that allows you to convert your photos into puzzles. Take a photo with the camera of your phone or choose one from the camera roll and transform them into puzzles. Puzzles can be solved within the app. Various collections of pictures are also available. Collections’ images are copyright to their respective owners.

Camera and Gallery services, and some of the predefined Collections are available upon payment. One Collection is free. Please consult the app to check prices in your country.

Subscription

Subscription to CameraPuzzle allows you to transform your pictures taken from the Camera or your Gallery into puzzles and solve them within the app.

When you start your first subscription on Camera Puzzle, it will begin with a free trial period. After that period, your free trial will automatically become a paid subscription unless you cancel your free trial.

  • Consult the app to check the period of the trial version.
  • Consult the app to check prices of subscription in your country.
  • Prices are equal to the value that «Apple’s App Store Pricing Matrix» determines as the equivalent of the subscription price in USD.
  • Payment will be charged to Apple ID Account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscription automatically renews for the same price and duration unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
  • Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period at the cost of the chosen package.
  • Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user’s Account Settings after purchase.
  • No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period.
  • All prices are subject to change without notification. We can occasionally run promotion prices. Due to the nature of these events, we are unable to offer price protection or retroactive discounts or refunds for previous purchases.
  • If subscription is canceled, access to Camera, Gallery and MyPuzzles will be disabled.

The present Terms of Service are governed by Spanish Law. Should the residence of the user be outside of Spain he or she will renounce any other jurisdiction to which may be entitled and will be subject to the Courts of Madrid.
